Matt’s using the original old fashion recipe, soaking navy beans for a full day and slow-cooking them overnight with salt pork, onions, brown sugar, deli mustard, molasses, and a touch of cloves. Paul Revere would approve. And to wash it all down? We now carry Harmony Springs Soda from Ludlow, MA — made without high fructose corn syrup or GMOs. Local, real, and full of flavor.

A Local Favorite with Deep Roots
Founded over 10 years ago, this local gem started with a mission to bring honest and real pastrami to Boston. As a founder of the TV Food Network, the owner lived in Manhattan for 10 years and learned to appreciate the taste and flavors of real food - including real pastrami meat instead of “deli pastrami”. He became dedicated to bring that recipe to Boston. Sourcing from nearby farms and makers, they’ve become part of a community that values quality and connection.
