The traditional is made with our fresh steamed pastrami on light rye with deli mustard. (Many people add baby swiss cheese) choose from our other breads, condiments and add-ons if you like. For the best deal, order 1/2 lb (8 ozs)! Or 1/3 lb (6 ozs) or 1/4 lb (4 ozs) portions of meat

Put together your own sandwich kit by buying our freshly steamed real pastrami by the pound. We will sell you our sliced pastrami at weight and add some juice into the bag after weighing. If you want some unsliced we can do that too. You can refrigerate until you are ready to use. Just warm the bag in some hot water (not boiling) until the meat is warmed up.

We take 3 of our 4 cheeses and put it inside two slices of one of our fresh breads and grill it to melt. Select from baby swiss, provolone, cheddar or American. We add 2 ounces of our fresh steamed pastrami for the pastrami grilled cheese. You may add one of our toppings (extra cost) and/or condiments (no extra cost) as well

The same great classic reuben with either our fresh steamed corned beef, pastrami or fresh roasted Turkey grilled with baby Swiss, pickled cabbage and Russian dressing on marble rye. If you are not sure which one to try, most prefer the pastrami reuben. You can also alter your bread choice if you choose
